I have one busy life that never ends! OYE!

I am sorry it has been so long since I have updated. I have a busy life that just never wants to slow down or end. Last week I worked but I worked around Uncle Mike and aunt Jan being here and Monday I had to take off to watch Memphis.  I baked with him and it is so much fun! It makes my day when those kids come in and go I elp you Kinney. The kids except Ireland are at the age where they want to be hands on when I'm baking. I'm a visioul learner so I have to see what I'm doing to learn. My mom taught me how to bake and I'm excited to pass down my baking abilities to the children. Today I did 12 layers rolls and a double batch of chocolate chip cookies. I also have Miltons dog Gwennie for 10 days and I love taking care of her but today she was mopey. She is pipe up tomorrow. Today was the first day.
I'm just rambling so I guess I better go

KC is Baaaaaack

After a while off from the blogging world I'm back and ready to attack! Bakeworld is doing well! I have been busy with a boyfriend so that Is why I haven't written in so long! Also family has been in and out of town for the holidays! Excuses Excuses! I know that's what you are thinking! Well it is I have just been to darn lazy but now I'm going to get back into the blogging world and write about my messy adventures in the bake room. Mom and I have baked together quite often and let me say it's been fun! Amanda still comes to frost cakes and Shelly well let's just say we have lost touch. Milton is just Milton! He is still telling me to get my ass to the bakery room! I do have to be reminded sometimes because I get distracted and lose focus. I have been baking on my own full time for almost two years and I still love it as much as I did when I started doing it years ago. BlKC is still teaching me new things and I'm willing to learn them from her! I always tell people I learned from the best. I still think mom is a baking genus and I still have many questions. I mean this job is a learning process that you learn every single day. I call this my chemistry job because I never took it in high school but I take it now every single day.I mean you are putting together ingredients and making sure your mixing is right. You also have to have a gift for baking and it also takes passion. 
I better quit rambling now! 
I have to go but I won't wait so long to write next time!

Kcrocker on the floor today

As you can see my parents are gone for the week. I had to work on the floor. Milton was alittle flustered. I'm sitting here with C now it has been a long day. I went in my pjs to work because I had the mulah and Milton was busy! So I thought Ok I'll help you but I look like S**T. He said I don't give a S**T and work. So that's what I did. I had a whole baking list that I'm putting off until tomorrow. OYE two days work in seven hours I think I can do it!

It's that time again!

Like I said Kcrocker was once again up and running and I'm right. I'm staying till 5 today so I figured why not post about my day! So here it goes. I had a great day! We have had Addi bear for the past four days. I have dealt with major melt downs and the terrible twos! I love her to pieces though! I didn't get a lot done but I got some stuff done which is good! A came in and frosted some cakes and I had to help make sandwhiches then I had to feed my appitite!
Mom and I had lunch and I mixed up some peanutbutter cookies and man I have to wrap them when Haven comes in at 5. I have to have a little time to myself and write or do whatever I want. I went and let Gwennie out. On top of the terrible twos I have had to take care of Miltons dog while he is out of town.
I don't really have much to say today but I thought I would say something!
So that's a cap of my day!

It's been a while! sorry for that!

Bakeworld has been super busy. I have also found myself a boyfriend. He is a good guy so far and his name is C. I have also had light days in the bakeroom because there is not alot to do. I am still making those moist and delicious chocolate cakes and those melt in your mouth chocolate chip cookies. I also still sing beat it when I whip up some frosting. I am also still dancing in the bakeroom form time to time as well. All in all KC is doing well. I have a few pictures to share!  As many of you know maynot know! I started a weight loss journey. I have lost 13 pounds so far. I have also found a new favorite food. Pickles. I eat them everysingle day. They aren't any points so I can eat as many as I please. When I'm hungry I just pop a pickle in my mouth and work away. I have to be careful though because they make me extremely thirsty. Also I have been making cookies and Cakes and cream pies. Tomorrow is buttermilk pie day with cookies and dry pancake mix also I have to make cream pies because I start preparing for the weekend ahead on Thursday. It's very busy because it's also walmart and sams day with mom. A few weeks ago my mom bought some spatulas at walmart because we needed them of course and they are truly a bakers best friend. You use them to scrape stuff and to frost cakes and other stuff I can't think of right now. I know it's been two months since I have written but honestly I've been busy. My car is broke though. It sucks. My nieces and nephews are doing amazing. Knox is talking our ears off, Memphis is just Memphis but his smile melts me to pieces, Addi is still a screamer but she is so sweet and adorable she says hi and bye to everyone she sees, and Ireland is already 2 months old and she is just as sweet as can be she is just so smiley. Knox Crocker hasn't helped me in the bakeroom for some time. Some of you know I'm a messy baker but he honestly puts me to shame in the messy department. We also have a new cake froster. I'm going to call her A. Milton is just Milton and he keeps me sane still. 
Well I better quit rambling before I stop making sense.

Happy birthday Bee!

I know I'm a day late but It was my sisters birthday yesterday! so we had a good time and had a night out! anyway! I also surprised her with some white cupcakes with Pink Icing! My parents are gone so I wanted her to feel special! I also posted a picture of the four of us plus precious Ireland! But I don't really have much to say!

Howdy YALL!

Today was a great light and mellow day in bakeworld man I was like wild woman this morning knocking stuff out! I mean I had almond joys and buttermilks mixed before 11. Cream pies were made after that! I did four doughs, and dry pancake mix and I made three pans of rolls! 
SO that's all I was tired and I have alot of sinus pressure pain so I am going to quit rambling! 
TOmorrow the fun starts with catering! OH JOY!
