Howdy YALL!

Today was a great light and mellow day in bakeworld man I was like wild woman this morning knocking stuff out! I mean I had almond joys and buttermilks mixed before 11. Cream pies were made after that! I did four doughs, and dry pancake mix and I made three pans of rolls! 
SO that's all I was tired and I have alot of sinus pressure pain so I am going to quit rambling! 
TOmorrow the fun starts with catering! OH JOY!

Hi peeps! ;)

Oh yes it's ladies day oh what day! today is a great day in bake world. Not for my allergies though I still feel like a truck is going to run over me! but oh well I'll get over it! Today I whipped up a batch of delicious chocolate cake layers! Then I did a batch of good ole pie crusts. Then I made two chocolate cream pies because we sold two lastnight! A little unusual for a tuesday but that's awesome! I have a busy weekend a head of me but this time of year is always busy with catering and the car show and stuff like that! May is usually a busy month and June and July slow down then it's busy again! Also we are waiting for the arrival of Miss Ireland Ann! She will be making her debut very soon! I can't wait to meet her. You know I get asked if I have help in the bakeroom the answer is yes and no! Mom helps me some by frosting cakes or making pecan or bourbon pies. I also do everything else myself. That's like Saturday I have to sacrifice about two hours of beauty rest and make 275 rolls for a wedding. Then Sunday I have Knox and Memphis in the morning so Haven can work a catering. SO that's the brunt of my busy weekend. Also Saturday night I will be watching LMN my addiction!
anyways I better go now cream pies need to be creamed and my 4 oclock duties on the floor are about to be done!

Bake world lately

Bake world has been great! From Thursday to Yesterday we have had family in town so I have been caught up in bake world so that means not much to do! but today I had a wonderful day it was split up because I did rolls and the case and then I went to workout, because If I don't work on my girlish figure I can't taste test the cookies I make! LOL! anyway I have also been baking with music in the background. It varies anywhere from classic country to Posion. I haven't sang beat it while mixing frosting ina while but that will come tomorrow when I make mom frosting for the cakes. Today I also made peanut butter cookies I also put in an extra scoop in because it's for loven. It makes the cookie extra special.

Happy Easter Everyone!

Today I made a memory with mom! We baked things for tomorrow listening to music and it was awesome! It was busy today! Yesterday was dad's birthday and he talked about the four cupcakes he had at dinner tonight! I wish I would have gotten a picture of Mini eating his cupcake because he made a ball and then stuffed the cupcake in his little mouth. Addi got so mad until she got hers! I made a lemon chess pie for tomorrow! Macy's birthday is Monday and I made her cake today and it's not my sister don't worry! she works for us! I also made cupcakes for Miltons family tomorrow as well! and I frosted them! I made dough and rolls and cake layers and no explosion today which is a good thing!
Anyway I have to go now

Hi! From Baker Kinley~!

Today is blog day for some reason! I have been itching to write but haven't been modivated. I am getting ready for some special visitors to come in a whole week I can't wait. Dad's birthday is Friday then it's the weekend and then Thursday of next week uncle Mike and Aunt Jan come for like 5 days! SO I'm stocking the bakeroom to the max. I have done rolls, creamed two pies, did dough, baked two carrots cakes and a batch of cakelayers and it's not even 2 O clock! I'm speedy according to Milton! I'm staying till 5 today and then my sister and I are going shopping!
Well bakeworld was quite light today!

Good day in bakeworld today!

Today was an excellent day in bakeworld!
I have a recipe that I'm going to post with mom's permission!
it's the recipe we use when we bake with boxed cake mixes we have our little twist!
you still add oil but you add 1/3 cup
1/2 cup water
1 cup sourcream
and 2 eggs!
it's so moist and it melts in your mouth!

Major chocolate explsion!

I was baking in the baking chamber! and I was going to put layers in the oven! I went to put in the last pan!~ And the pan slipped out of my hands! and two 9x13 pans of chocolate cake went on the floor! so as they would say on avenue q it sucked to be me! other then the chocolate mess! I had a great done and got lot done!
Tuesday I was making cream pies well coconut to be exact! I was stirring and Paper planes by MIA came on good song  by the way! and I was dancing and stiring at the same time! I didn't even SCORTH the pies so that's talent I tell you!
I also didn't burn my chocolate chip cookies today!
