The tale of the nasty slimmy yolky egg

Today, Was a productive day in the bakeroom just like normal! but today is Friday which means that we have to get prepared for breakfast this weekend! and Milton usually cracks two cases of eggs but since he can't this week I had to do it! and Man it was Disgusting! with a big D! I had to pull two eggs from out of the bottom of the egg bucket! I had yolk up and down both of my arms and I even had to ladel out a bloody egg in the mix. Let's say that it was not my finest hour as K Crocker! Anyway things have been good and I have been adjusting well to baking by myself! I have my many varities of music to keep me entertained!

Kcrocker has taken a long break not intentionally but it has been extremley busy! I'm the only baker in the bakeroom now! ;) I love it! I do work more days well one but it's still alot! Tomorrow I get my first day off in a long time! and i'm looking forward to it!
