Kcrocker on the floor today

As you can see my parents are gone for the week. I had to work on the floor. Milton was alittle flustered. I'm sitting here with C now it has been a long day. I went in my pjs to work because I had the mulah and Milton was busy! So I thought Ok I'll help you but I look like S**T. He said I don't give a S**T and work. So that's what I did. I had a whole baking list that I'm putting off until tomorrow. OYE two days work in seven hours I think I can do it!

It's that time again!

Like I said Kcrocker was once again up and running and I'm right. I'm staying till 5 today so I figured why not post about my day! So here it goes. I had a great day! We have had Addi bear for the past four days. I have dealt with major melt downs and the terrible twos! I love her to pieces though! I didn't get a lot done but I got some stuff done which is good! A came in and frosted some cakes and I had to help make sandwhiches then I had to feed my appitite!
Mom and I had lunch and I mixed up some peanutbutter cookies and man I have to wrap them when Haven comes in at 5. I have to have a little time to myself and write or do whatever I want. I went and let Gwennie out. On top of the terrible twos I have had to take care of Miltons dog while he is out of town.
I don't really have much to say today but I thought I would say something!
So that's a cap of my day!

It's been a while! sorry for that!

Bakeworld has been super busy. I have also found myself a boyfriend. He is a good guy so far and his name is C. I have also had light days in the bakeroom because there is not alot to do. I am still making those moist and delicious chocolate cakes and those melt in your mouth chocolate chip cookies. I also still sing beat it when I whip up some frosting. I am also still dancing in the bakeroom form time to time as well. All in all KC is doing well. I have a few pictures to share!  As many of you know maynot know! I started a weight loss journey. I have lost 13 pounds so far. I have also found a new favorite food. Pickles. I eat them everysingle day. They aren't any points so I can eat as many as I please. When I'm hungry I just pop a pickle in my mouth and work away. I have to be careful though because they make me extremely thirsty. Also I have been making cookies and Cakes and cream pies. Tomorrow is buttermilk pie day with cookies and dry pancake mix also I have to make cream pies because I start preparing for the weekend ahead on Thursday. It's very busy because it's also walmart and sams day with mom. A few weeks ago my mom bought some spatulas at walmart because we needed them of course and they are truly a bakers best friend. You use them to scrape stuff and to frost cakes and other stuff I can't think of right now. I know it's been two months since I have written but honestly I've been busy. My car is broke though. It sucks. My nieces and nephews are doing amazing. Knox is talking our ears off, Memphis is just Memphis but his smile melts me to pieces, Addi is still a screamer but she is so sweet and adorable she says hi and bye to everyone she sees, and Ireland is already 2 months old and she is just as sweet as can be she is just so smiley. Knox Crocker hasn't helped me in the bakeroom for some time. Some of you know I'm a messy baker but he honestly puts me to shame in the messy department. We also have a new cake froster. I'm going to call her A. Milton is just Milton and he keeps me sane still. 
Well I better quit rambling before I stop making sense.

Happy birthday Bee!

I know I'm a day late but It was my sisters birthday yesterday! so we had a good time and had a night out! anyway! I also surprised her with some white cupcakes with Pink Icing! My parents are gone so I wanted her to feel special! I also posted a picture of the four of us plus precious Ireland! But I don't really have much to say!

Howdy YALL!

Today was a great light and mellow day in bakeworld man I was like wild woman this morning knocking stuff out! I mean I had almond joys and buttermilks mixed before 11. Cream pies were made after that! I did four doughs, and dry pancake mix and I made three pans of rolls! 
SO that's all I was tired and I have alot of sinus pressure pain so I am going to quit rambling! 
TOmorrow the fun starts with catering! OH JOY!

Hi peeps! ;)

Oh yes it's ladies day oh what day! today is a great day in bake world. Not for my allergies though I still feel like a truck is going to run over me! but oh well I'll get over it! Today I whipped up a batch of delicious chocolate cake layers! Then I did a batch of good ole pie crusts. Then I made two chocolate cream pies because we sold two lastnight! A little unusual for a tuesday but that's awesome! I have a busy weekend a head of me but this time of year is always busy with catering and the car show and stuff like that! May is usually a busy month and June and July slow down then it's busy again! Also we are waiting for the arrival of Miss Ireland Ann! She will be making her debut very soon! I can't wait to meet her. You know I get asked if I have help in the bakeroom the answer is yes and no! Mom helps me some by frosting cakes or making pecan or bourbon pies. I also do everything else myself. That's like Saturday I have to sacrifice about two hours of beauty rest and make 275 rolls for a wedding. Then Sunday I have Knox and Memphis in the morning so Haven can work a catering. SO that's the brunt of my busy weekend. Also Saturday night I will be watching LMN my addiction!
anyways I better go now cream pies need to be creamed and my 4 oclock duties on the floor are about to be done!

Bake world lately

Bake world has been great! From Thursday to Yesterday we have had family in town so I have been caught up in bake world so that means not much to do! but today I had a wonderful day it was split up because I did rolls and the case and then I went to workout, because If I don't work on my girlish figure I can't taste test the cookies I make! LOL! anyway I have also been baking with music in the background. It varies anywhere from classic country to Posion. I haven't sang beat it while mixing frosting ina while but that will come tomorrow when I make mom frosting for the cakes. Today I also made peanut butter cookies I also put in an extra scoop in because it's for loven. It makes the cookie extra special.

Happy Easter Everyone!

Today I made a memory with mom! We baked things for tomorrow listening to music and it was awesome! It was busy today! Yesterday was dad's birthday and he talked about the four cupcakes he had at dinner tonight! I wish I would have gotten a picture of Mini eating his cupcake because he made a ball and then stuffed the cupcake in his little mouth. Addi got so mad until she got hers! I made a lemon chess pie for tomorrow! Macy's birthday is Monday and I made her cake today and it's not my sister don't worry! she works for us! I also made cupcakes for Miltons family tomorrow as well! and I frosted them! I made dough and rolls and cake layers and no explosion today which is a good thing!
Anyway I have to go now

Hi! From Baker Kinley~!

Today is blog day for some reason! I have been itching to write but haven't been modivated. I am getting ready for some special visitors to come in a whole week I can't wait. Dad's birthday is Friday then it's the weekend and then Thursday of next week uncle Mike and Aunt Jan come for like 5 days! SO I'm stocking the bakeroom to the max. I have done rolls, creamed two pies, did dough, baked two carrots cakes and a batch of cakelayers and it's not even 2 O clock! I'm speedy according to Milton! I'm staying till 5 today and then my sister and I are going shopping!
Well bakeworld was quite light today!

Good day in bakeworld today!

Today was an excellent day in bakeworld!
I have a recipe that I'm going to post with mom's permission!
it's the recipe we use when we bake with boxed cake mixes we have our little twist!
you still add oil but you add 1/3 cup
1/2 cup water
1 cup sourcream
and 2 eggs!
it's so moist and it melts in your mouth!

Major chocolate explsion!

I was baking in the baking chamber! and I was going to put layers in the oven! I went to put in the last pan!~ And the pan slipped out of my hands! and two 9x13 pans of chocolate cake went on the floor! so as they would say on avenue q it sucked to be me! other then the chocolate mess! I had a great done and got lot done!
Tuesday I was making cream pies well coconut to be exact! I was stirring and Paper planes by MIA came on good song  by the way! and I was dancing and stiring at the same time! I didn't even SCORTH the pies so that's talent I tell you!
I also didn't burn my chocolate chip cookies today!

whew today was a good but productive day!

Howdy everyone!
Today was a good day in the bakeroom! I got 87 of the 150 mini cookies we need by Saturday! well I really had 89 but dad and I had to test them out to make sure they were up to par! LOL! I also had a busy week last week and a busy weekend! Knox turned 3 and man do I feel old! Memphis is starting to get to the age where he wants to help! so soon I will have two messy little hands helping me not just Knoxer! Today I got 4 dough done between earrends I had to lovingly run for my mother! Cake layers cookies packaged for the hopsital to be delivered tomorrow! and I was done by 3 pm! I say to myself ok if I don't have to stay till 5 I will be out of here at this time! and I usually am! because I am so good! Just kidding! no one is perfect! but I'm usually pretty good about what time I will be done!
Anyway I better quit rambling!

Man it's a stormy night tonight as I sit here and my mind wonders. bake world was rather mellow today because I didn't have much to do! I have been taking care of Miltons dog for the past four days she is a cute puppy! her name is Bethey! she is hyper! but good! I don't have much to say on this stormy night!

Man It's been a busy but productive two months!

I know I haven't posted in a while! but things have been extremely busy! I can't believe it but Knox will be 3 in two weeks! :( I want him to stay little! I haven't only been busy with work I have been babysitting Knox and Mini! ( Memphis)! I have done some fun activities with them we baked puddin! and I also made oreo rice krispies from pinterest for the superbowl party we had! Macy is due to have my other niece Ireland Ann in may and I can't wait for her arrival! Thursday we have taste of north texas! I'm so excited because it is my favorite marketing event of the year and I look forward to it for the whole entire year! We are not taking baked goods this year but thats ok because I will have a break! We also switched to 9x13 cake layers and it's easier and I bake 6 to 12 every couple days and I have frosting down to a tee! so you can see that things are going well in the bakeroom! I also have speakers in there so I listen to my varities of music that I love! anywhere from 90s classic to broadway! it just depends on my mood! I also change the station about half way through the day when I get that 2:30 FEELING! you know like the 5 hour energy commerical! I am addicted to diet coke! which is not an exactly good thing but oh well! it keeps me going! I also bake then stay till 5 because I need the hours and I have things down where some days I get done at like 1:30 or 2! Sundays are my day off unless I have to work! but I will work if I'm really needed! I don't like too because thats my day with my kitties and to sleep in but I will give it up if I need to!
anyways I have to go because work is calling me in the morning! and I need my beauty rest!

The tale of the nasty slimmy yolky egg

Today, Was a productive day in the bakeroom just like normal! but today is Friday which means that we have to get prepared for breakfast this weekend! and Milton usually cracks two cases of eggs but since he can't this week I had to do it! and Man it was Disgusting! with a big D! I had to pull two eggs from out of the bottom of the egg bucket! I had yolk up and down both of my arms and I even had to ladel out a bloody egg in the mix. Let's say that it was not my finest hour as K Crocker! Anyway things have been good and I have been adjusting well to baking by myself! I have my many varities of music to keep me entertained!
